Consumer Complaints

Georgia Military Global Online Leadership College wants to resolve student grievances, complaints and concerns in an quick, fair and amicable manner.  Complaints regarding any aspect of our operations should be filed internally to our administrative staff by using the Student Complaint Portal.  If the student feels it is necessary to elevate their complaint to external authorities, such NC-SARA, the student can do so at the contact information listed below. NC-SARA has flowchart depicting the complaint process.
