YOUR MILITARY EXPERIENCE MATTERS HERE

Discover Maximal Military Credit Transfer

At GMC Online, we make it easy for you to transition your military experience into college credits. The best part? You can get your college transcript in about 10 weeks! Once you’ve enrolled and completed at least one 8-week term, these credits will appear on your college transcript, thus accelerating your journey toward earning a respected degree.

But why stop there? With our seamless military credit transfer, you can transition into a full-fledged 2-year Associate or 4-year Bachelor’s degree program tailored to your military experience. Your military service has prepared you for this moment, and we’re here to make the rest a breeze. In fact, our Bachelor’s programs were designed to maximize your military transfer credits. Our team is dedicated to expanding the list of credits accepted toward your degree.

The credits you’re eligible for will vary depending on the military credits that are provided to us on your JST, or CCAF, and the GMC degree program selected. For more information, call an enrollment coach, or submit a request for information. To see what credits you might earn from your military training, go to our equivalency page here. Select “AMERICAN COUNCIL ON EDUCATION” for the Army, Navy, USMC, or Coast Guard courses and “COMMUNITY COLLEGE OF THE AIR FORCE” for Airmen and Guardians. Please keep in mind that this data is not a guarantee of credits and is subject to change. The carousel below lists some examples of our popular military transfer credits by MOS. Keep in mind that this can vary depending on your specific military transcript and the GMC program you’ve selected.

GMC Online’s Unique JST Evaluation Process

Once you’ve applied to GMC Online, we evaluate your JST thoroughly with our database to ensure you are granted every course credit equivalency possible. Your eligibility for specific programs depends on the military credits you disclose in your JST records. Speed, precision, and a commitment to recognizing your service are what define GMC Online’s approach to JST credit evaluation. Most applicants experience quick results, allowing them to explore and realize their credit possibilities promptly.

Georgia Military College recognizes that there are many advantages to educational advancement while serving in our nation’s armed forces. Military training/experience and schooling other than CCAF, and non-accredited courses will be evaluated for credit toward a GMC degree as recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE) Guide and recommendation of the appropriate Program Dean.

*Quick turnaround time for credit evaluation is not guaranteed and may vary, especially for MOS that are being evaluated for the first time. Please apply to initiate the evaluation process.
